Using Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Eleven Labs, we delivered scalable, AI-powered training that made complex topics like modern slavery and grievance redressal clear, human, and actionable across three continents.

Background
AngloGold Ashanti, one of the world’s largest gold mining companies, needed a comprehensive, multilingual digital training solution to build staff awareness around core ethical principles — including modern slavery, harassment, and workplace discrimination. The training had to align with international human rights frameworks and be scalable across locations with diverse languages and literacy levels.
My Role
As Head of Content and Learning at OutThink, I led the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a global e-learning program — ensuring not just legal compliance but engagement and retention through creative storytelling and AI-driven delivery.

Designed an interactive curriculum using Articulate 360 covering harassment, discrimination, and grievance redressal.
Created AI-powered multilingual training videos using Synthesia and Eleven Labs, making the content more inclusive and cost-effective to scale.
Developed visually engaging motion graphics and animations via Canva and Adobe tools to drive better comprehension and learner retention.
Structured modules to support adaptive pathways for different roles and learning paces.
Collaborated with compliance teams to align all content with UNGPs and global ESG expectations.
