With over 9 years of global experience in learning design, knowledge systems, and organizational development, I specialize in building high-impact learning ecosystems that empower ethical workplace behavior and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I currently serve as Head of Learning Experiences & Content at OutThink Cybersecurity, where I lead the creation of over 130 role-specific training modules on cybersecurity, AI safety, and compliance. These modules are used by 120+ clients including Rothschild & Co, the Central Bank of the UAE, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. I work across product, compliance, and sales enablement teams to ensure that technical knowledge translates into confident, informed decisions on the ground.

Previously, I co-founded Evolving Edutainment (QryptiQ), one of India’s leading knowledge and ethics education firms, where I led national-level learning programs for the Reserve Bank of India, National Stock Exchange, WWF, and the British Council. These initiatives reached over 7 million learners annually, combining digital content, live workshops, and gamified learning to address complex issues like financial literacy, environmental awareness, and workplace conduct.

My approach blends instructional design, behavioral psychology, and AI-powered content delivery. I’ve used platforms like Articulate 360, Synthesia, Premiere Pro, and Eleven Labs to create scalable, multilingual learning solutions aligned with frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, DORA, and GDPR. My work is rooted in inclusion, impact, and integrity.

I hold an MBA in International Business from IESE Business School (Barcelona), ranked #3 globally by the Financial Times in 2025, where I also led the TEDxIESE and India Business Club and served as a VCIC team lead. I previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi, and have certifications in ethics, conflict resolution, instructional design, and learning analytics.
