Ministry of Power, Government of India
To help India’s Ministry of Power comply with the POSH Act, I led a nationwide ethics training initiative that reached over 20,000 employees. Through interactive workshops and custom content, we didn’t just deliver legal compliance — we helped reshape workplace culture across one of India’s most critical sectors.
